It’s been a bit of a busy time making work and beginning to teach at Middlesex University on their Jewellery and Accessories degree and in between had a lovely day in Essex.

I am now in Seattle, speaking at the Seattle Metal Guild’s symposium tomorrow, will write about it soon. In the meantime I have work in a new exhibition that has opened at Contemporary Applied Arts, called Surface and Substance, curated by Jessica Turrell and I am putting the finishing touches to another really interesting exhibition called the Tool at Hand, curated by Ethan Lasser of the Chipstone Foundation, 20 artists have been ask to produce work with just one tool. It opens at Milwaukee Art Museum this December more about that soon too.

on the line…surface and substance
